Before you buy

The essentials, in one place. Full terms are in our gold purchase policy.

Purity: To be published. Purity is shown on every quote and invoice.
The price: Rate per gram, weight, GST, any charges and the total, all shown before you pay.
How long a price holds: To be published. If a quote expires, you'll get a fresh one at the current rate.
GST: Charged as applicable and shown separately, currently 3% on gold.
Charges & spread: No making charges. Any platform fee is its own line. The sell-back rate is lower than the buy rate; see pricing.
Limits: Minimum To be published, maximum To be published. Larger amounts may need extra verification.
Payment: Your order moves forward only once our payment partner confirms your payment.
Invoice & allocation: Once gold is confirmed, you get a GST invoice and allocation reference, and the grams appear in your holdings.
If an order can't be completed: If you've paid but we can't allocate gold, the order is cancelled and the full amount is refunded to your original payment method. See our refund policy.

Worked example

Where ₹1,030 goes

A hypothetical example to show the arithmetic. It assumes a rate of ₹10,000 per gram, GST at 3% and no platform fee. It is not a live price or an offer.

Hypothetical gold rate: ₹10,000.00 per gram
Gold you receive (₹1,000 ÷ ₹10,000): 0.100 g
Value of that gold: ₹1,000.00
GST at 3%: ₹30.00
Total you pay: ₹1,030.00

Selling this 0.100 g back later would pay the buyback rate on that day, and the ₹30 GST is not returned. See the sell-back example.
