About gold coins
Can I sell my gold coins back to SMG?
We're finalising a buyback option for physical coins, including how returned coins are checked. Details will be published before coin orders open. Digital gold can already be sold back once it's live.
Can I cancel a coin order?
Cancellation terms for coin orders, before and after dispatch, are set out in our refund & cancellation policy.
Can someone else receive the delivery for me?
For security, coins are handed over only to the person named on the order after an identity check. If you won't be available, contact support before delivery.
Can I convert my digital gold into coins?
Not at the moment. Converting digital holdings into coins may be offered later, and we'll publish the terms first.
